This is a general plan of what your Volvo's service schedule would be like, although your specific vehicle may differ. Here at GMW we feel that Volvo stretches some of there maintenance intervals too long such as timing belt replacement and automatic transmission services. GMW recommends timing belt replacements between 60k and 70k miles, transmission fluid flushes with our BG transmission flush machine at 40k miles. And another importantant BG service that will help improve fuel mileage and retain factory performance would be our fuel/air induction service. Some of the Volvo factory maintenance services are listed below:.

Oil Service

  • Replace Engine Oil & Filter

  • Inspect/Adjust Engine Compartment Fluid Levels

  • Tires - Set Pressure/Inspect Wear and Reset TPMS

  • Reset Service Indicator

  • Replace Engine Oil & Filter

  • Replace Engine Air Filter & Clean Air Box Debris

  • Replace Cabin HVAC Filter

  • Rotate Tires (Only applies to models with same size front and rear tires and wheels if needed)

  • Read Out Diagnostic System and Document and Clear Faults if Needed
